Owner Cindy English is featured with a photo next to her product in the frozen foods section. Also, at the Boulder Creek Festival Memorial Day Weekend, Whole Foods will be selling our Pupusas — all proceeds will benefit University Hill Elementary School, where are two sons attend and where our daughter attended for 6 years.
We’re proud to partner with Whole Foods Market!

We just posted updated nutritional information for all of our Pupusa flavors, including the ones found at Whole Foods Market in the frozen foods section as well as the ones sold at our Cafe and Farmer’s Market.
Not only are our Pupusas Delicous, but they are Gluten Free and Healthy!
It’s seems like every Saturday or Wednesday evening at the Boulder Farmer’s Market, we’re asked about the cabbage salad that we serve alongside our Gluten Free Pupusas. The cabbage salad is traditionally known in El Salvador as Curtido, and offers a nice “green” complement to the stuffed corn tortillas on our menu.
We thought it might be helpful for our customers if we posted the ingredients and directions to make, especially for those of you who buy our Pupusas frozen at Whole Foods Markets in the Front Range area.
Enjoy! Let us know if you have any feedback.
